TUNA AND AV­O­CADO WRAP

Prep time 15 mins Serves 2 2 whole­meal or multi­grain wraps 1 small av­o­cado, mashed 1 small car­rot, grated 1 small cu­cum­ber, cut into thin rib­bons 180g canned tuna in wa­ter, drained, flaked 1 tbsp whole-egg may­on­naise 2 ice­berg let­tuce leaves, shred­ded Salad, to serve

1 Place 1 wrap on a board. Spread half the av­o­cado on it, leav­ing a 1cm bor­der. Top with half the car­rot, cu­cum­ber and tuna.

2 Driz­zle half a ta­ble­spoon of may­on­naise on top and sprin­kle with half the let­tuce. Roll the wrap tightly.

3 Re­peat with the re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents to make the sec­ond wrap. Serve with salad.
