OK, so you have fi­nally done it. You’ve ti­died your desk, re­moved all the junk from your clos­ets and de­clut­tered ev­ery nook and cranny in your home. Now you know where ev­ery­thing is, and must be feel­ing a lot bet­ter and re­laxed, right?

But wait a minute. There’s one place you’ve forgotten to clear and de­clog. Your head.

While most of us at some point take mea­sures to clear the phys­i­cal clut­ter clog­ging up our lives, few of us ever pay the same at­ten­tion to fight­ing the un­nec­es­sary junk clut­ter­ing up our minds.

Now ex­perts are in­creas­ingly ad­vo­cat­ing us to detox our brain, say­ing it’s as im­por­tant – if not more
