DAY IN, DAY OUT

Friday - - Up Close And Personal -

I work week­ends so I need to look af­ter my­self. When I wake up I eat a clove of gar­lic and one In­dian goose­berry (amla) with a glass of wa­ter. Then I go for a run for at least half an hour. I was born with mis­aligned feet and I couldn’t walk or run prop­erly un­til I was 15. From then on I made it a point to run ev­ery day. Once show­ered and dressed I head over to work at my res­tau­rant, Junoon.
