DAY IN, DAY OUT
I work weekends so I need to look after myself. When I wake up I eat a clove of garlic and one Indian gooseberry (amla) with a glass of water. Then I go for a run for at least half an hour. I was born with misaligned feet and I couldn’t walk or run properly until I was 15. From then on I made it a point to run every day. Once showered and dressed I head over to work at my restaurant, Junoon.
