250ml cola fizzy drink 125ml honey 200ml hoisin sauce 50ml teriyaki sauce 12 chicken drumsticks Toasted sesame seeds, to serve
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Whisk the cola, honey and sauces together in a bowl together and pour over the chicken. Mix well, cover and refrigerate at least for an hour or preferably overnight. Line an ovenproof dish with foil and add the chicken and sauce. Bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake for another 20 minutes.
Pour the sauce into a saucepan and reduce until syrupy. Mix with the chicken and put it back into the oven to bake until sticky. Turn the chicken frequently and baste with the sauce, if needed. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
