1 cup cream cheese 1 cup mayonnaise ½ cup grated Parmesan ½ cup grated mozzarella 2 green chillies, seeded and chopped 4 spring onions, chopped 1 lemon, zest of 3 oregano sprigs, leaves stripped 1 tin artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
Beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise together until creamy. Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, chillies, onions, zest and oregano. Spoon the mixture over the artichoke, season with salt and pepper and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C or until golden-brown. Serve with pitta bread.
