1 cup cream cheese 1 cup may­on­naise ½ cup grated Parme­san ½ cup grated moz­zarella 2 green chill­ies, seeded and chopped 4 spring onions, chopped 1 lemon, zest of 3 oregano sprigs, leaves stripped 1 tin ar­ti­choke hearts, drained and quar­tered

Beat the cream cheese and may­on­naise to­gether un­til creamy. Stir in the Parme­san, moz­zarella, chill­ies, onions, zest and oregano. Spoon the mix­ture over the ar­ti­choke, sea­son with salt and pep­per and bake for 30-40 min­utes at 180°C or un­til golden-brown. Serve with pitta bread.
