I love all my celebrity clients as each one brings a different challenge for me. Alia Bhatt wanted to wear a bikini for Shaandaar, so we trained her accordingly. More recently Katrina Kaif too wanted to look her best for the foot-tapping number Kala Chashma in Baar Baar Dekho. If I could fly anywhere in the world for the weekend I’d jet off to New York with my husband. We recently went to Croatia with some close friends, and it was such a fun trip. I’d love to repeat that soon.
A good workout! I don’t work out on weekends as resting your body is very essential for it to recover. My fitness regime depends on where I am. I travel a lot for work. If it’s a city like New York or London in good weather, it will be a walk outdoors. If there’s a beach or pool, it’s swimming, then Pilates. I believe everyone should practise Pilates. It’s the safest and most effective workout for anyone from the ages of 10 to 100.
