In a bid to channel a catwalk trend, I took a fashion risk and wore this crown-like headpiece to work. And while the women at the office embraced the look, I was met with chants of ‘hail Caesar’ from the men. I felt like a queen, so I’m not complaining… Sangeetha Sagar, Subeditor

The recent Eid break turned out to be a hectic nightmare for me. The saving grace was treating myself to an afternoon at the movies. What’s so special about that? Only a three-course meal at Theatre by Rhodes, watching Bridget Jones’s Baby. High on nostalgia, the trip turned out to be the highlight of my (disastrous) week off. I also found out that going to the movies alone isn’t such a bad idea after all. PS, If you haven’t watched the movie yet, my question to you is: why not? Sana Umer, Web Content Editor
