Over the weekend I decided to revisit my favourite album Sky Kisses Earth by Prem Joshua & Band. Resting on the couch with feet up, headphones on and eyes closed, I was in a trance. It was a mystical and groovy blend of vocals, and sounds of musical instruments like the sitar, tabla, santoor and bamboo flute filled my room – and my soul. Can’t wait to do the same on repeat mode on a long drive to Hatta. Teena Punjwani, Deputy Art Editor I’m still reliving the fantastic roller-coaster week that was – jetting off to Manchester, UK, for a feature on young mascots who accompanied Manchester United on the Old Trafford field as part of Chevrolet’s Beautiful Possibilities programme, watching the football match with 72K fans in the stadium, taking a tour of the Man Utd stadium and the city… Now to get down to writing! Anand Raj OK, Features Editor Somehow, I’ve only seen Ghostbusters in bits and pieces. Happens when you’re a 90s kid, I guess. Coming down with the flu meant I had the entire weekend to finally see the original three in action – and in slime. Take a bow, Bill Murray. Ferris Bueller’s Day Off is no longer my favourite 80s film. Now to stop humming the theme song... Shreeja Ravindranathan, Lifestyle Writer
