My week­end was ex­plo­sive. Dy­na­mite per­for­mances at the Fiesta De Los Muer­tos con­cert, spell­bind­ing fire­works, lip-smack­ing vol­cano shrimps and more scrummy nosh from Korean bento and sushi restau­rant Miyabi’s (also our host) stall. I now have a new-found love for sushi. Shreeja Ravin­dranathan, life­style writer I love de­sign­ing the food pages in Fri­day, and I’m al­ways look­ing for new food ideas. These cheese and onion muffins (page 73) caught my at­ten­tion, not least for the sim­plic­ity of the recipe. It took min­utes in the food pro­ces­sor and 20 min­utes in the oven.
