WHAT’S TEAM FRIDAY UP TO?
My weekend was explosive. Dynamite performances at the Fiesta De Los Muertos concert, spellbinding fireworks, lip-smacking volcano shrimps and more scrummy nosh from Korean bento and sushi restaurant Miyabi’s (also our host) stall. These cheese and onion muffins (page 73) caught my attention, not least for the simplicity of the recipe. It took minutes in the food processor and 20 minutes in the oven.
