FUSS-FREE PEACH TRIFLE
Prep time 30 mins Serves 4-6 397g can condensed milk 100ml lemon juice 200g packet Tennis or amaretti biscuits, finely crumbled 3 tbsp sparkling apple juice Cinnamon powder, a pinch 6-8 ripe peaches, peeled, pits removed, and cubed Soft brown sugar, to sprinkle over Whisk the condensed milk and lemon juice together and leave to stand until it starts to thicken. Mix biscuits crumbs with apple juice and cinnamon powder. Spoon one tablespoon of the condensed milk mixture into the bottom of 4-6 glasses (or one large glass bowl). Sprinkle a layer of the crumbled biscuit mixture over and then spoon a layer of peach cubes over. Repeat the layers one more time. Top with a thin layer of biscuit crumbs. Sprinkle a little bit of brown sugar on the top. Leave the dessert to stand for at least 15 minutes, but preferably an hour or two, in the refrigerator before serving.
