FUSS-FREE PEACH TRI­FLE

Prep time 30 mins Serves 4-6 397g can con­densed milk 100ml lemon juice 200g packet Tennis or amaretti bis­cuits, finely crum­bled 3 tbsp sparkling ap­ple juice Cin­na­mon powder, a pinch 6-8 ripe peaches, peeled, pits re­moved, and cubed Soft brown sugar, to sprin­kle over Whisk the con­densed milk and lemon juice to­gether and leave to stand un­til it starts to thicken. Mix bis­cuits crumbs with ap­ple juice and cin­na­mon powder. Spoon one ta­ble­spoon of the con­densed milk mix­ture into the bot­tom of 4-6 glasses (or one large glass bowl). Sprin­kle a layer of the crum­bled bis­cuit mix­ture over and then spoon a layer of peach cubes over. Re­peat the lay­ers one more time. Top with a thin layer of bis­cuit crumbs. Sprin­kle a lit­tle bit of brown sugar on the top. Leave the dessert to stand for at least 15 min­utes, but prefer­ably an hour or two, in the re­frig­er­a­tor be­fore serv­ing.
