My sport re­quires a lot of stamina and en­ergy but that comes from train­ing, build­ing mus­cle mem­ory and en­durance, not food. I do like eat­ing – salmon and eggs are favourites. I don’t eat out un­less I have to; I be­lieve that food de­liv­ers the cook’s en­ergy, so it should be made with love, oth­er­wise you feel un­easy.
