WHAT’S TEAM FRIDAY UP TO?
It was a warm feeling to see that even with gloomy skies, a strong breeze, an imminent threat of rain, nothing could dampen the mood of the 50 people with intellectual disabilities – and hundreds of visitors who attended Enable’s first inclusion fair in Dubai last weekend. Enable encouraged special needs people to set up stalls selling a variety of products – from vases and paintings to fountains and food. The event was on until 11pm – proof that when it comes to supporting initiatives, UAE residents give it their all.
