200g green beans, halved 400g canned but­ter beans, drained and rinsed 175g canned tuna, drained 2 tbsp roughly chopped wal­nuts 2 tbsp bal­samic vine­gar 4 tsp olive oil Place the beans in boil­ing wa­ter for a minute, drain and re­fresh un­der cold wa­ter. Mix with the but­ter beans, tuna and wal­nuts. Whisk to­gether the vine­gar and olive oil along with some salt and pep­per, and driz­zle over the salad. Serve.
