TUNA BEAN SALAD

200g green beans, halved 400g canned butter beans, drained and rinsed 175g canned tuna, drained 2 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 4 tsp olive oil Place the beans in boiling water for a minute, drain and refresh under cold water. Mix with the butter beans, tuna and walnuts. Whisk together the vinegar and olive oil along with some salt and pepper, and drizzle over the salad. Serve.
