FOR THE PAS­TRY 2 cups cake flour 2 tsp bak­ing pow­der ½ tsp salt 1 tsp sugar ½ cup oil ½ cup milk ½ cup grated Ched­dar cheese FOR THE FILL­ING, MIX: 175g canned tuna, drained 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 1 small onion, grated 2 tbsp may­on­naise 2 tbsp chopped fresh pars­ley Pre­heat the oven to 180°C. To pre­pare the pas­try, sift to­gether all the dry in­gre­di­ents. Whisk to­gether oil and milk. Add this to the flour mix along with cheese and bring to­gether to form a pas­try dough. Roll the dough in a rec­tan­gle on a floured sur­face and sprin­kle the fill­ing on top. Roll it like a roulade and slice hor­i­zon­tally into 2cm thick roundels. Ar­range them on a greased bak­ing sheet and bake for 20 min­utes or un­til done. Serve hot with a salad.
