TUNA AND SPINACH BAKE
Prep time 10 mins Baking time 20 mins Serves 4-6
Oil, as required 2x175g canned tuna, drained 1 onion, chopped 2 tbsp chopped spinach 6 eggs, whisked 4 tbsp mayonnaise Fresh parsley, as required Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease 4 to 6 small ovenproof dishes with oil. Mix together tuna, onion, spinach and some salt and pepper. Divide the tuna mixture among the bowls. Whisk together eggs and mayonnaise and pour over the tuna mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve.
