Prep time 15 mins Cook­ing time 10-12 mins Makes 1 1 pizza base 125g grated moz­zarella cheese 285g but­ton mush­rooms 6 slices turkey ham 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli 1 clove gar­lic, finely chopped Olive oil, to driz­zle Wa­ter­cress Heat oven to 230°C. Put the pizza base on a bak­ing sheet. Sprin­kle moz­zarella cheese on top. Ar­range the sliced mush­rooms and turkey ham on top. Sprin­kle chilli and gar­lic over and sea­son with salt and pep­per. Driz­zle olive oil over and place in oven for 10-12 mins. Gar­nish with wa­ter­cress and serve.
