Prep time 15 mins Cook­ing time 10-12 mins Makes 1 1 pizza base 125g grated moz­zarella cheese 9 anchovy fil­lets 20 capers About 16 pit­ted black olives Olive oil, to driz­zle Heat oven to 230°C. Place pizza base on a bak­ing sheet. Sprin­kle moz­zarella cheese on top. Ar­range anchovy fil­lets, capers and olives on top. Driz­zle olive oil over and sea­son with pep­per. Put in oven and bake for 10-12 min­utes.
