This week’s 33-page Ra­madan Recipe Special was a joy to be in­volved with. From styling shoots to lay­ing out pages, I think the re­sults are well worth the ef­fort. Prov­ing that the recipes are easy to fol­low, I took home the date and al­mond tart recipe on page 28. Happy with the re­sults, I brought the tart into the of­fice to share with the team. The re­ac­tion was great, so I’ll def­i­nitely be try­ing some of the other recipes.
