STEP 1 Start on your knees with arms out­stretched. Push your glutes back­wards as far as you can to­wards your heels.

STEP 2 Pulling with forearms and hands, keep chest low to the ground as you pull for­ward with an ex­hale. Con­tract abs as you round your mid-back with el­bows pinched tightly to your ribs.

STEP 3 Keep look­ing down, while you move your el­bows back un­til your forearms lie flat on the ground. Re­peat five times.
