PEACH AND AL­MOND POR­RIDGE

2 cups quick-cook­ing por­ridge oats 4 cups milk, plus more if re­quired 1 can peaches in light syrup, drained and chopped into small pieces 2 tbsp but­ter 2 tbsp honey 1 cup chopped al­monds 1 tsp cin­na­mon pow­der 4 tbsp brown su­gar TO SERVE: 2 fresh peaches, sliced Grated fresh co­conut, op­tional Place all the in­gre­di­ents in a saucepan and stir over a medium heat un­til the oats are soft and cooked through. Add more milk if you pre­fer a thin­ner tex­ture. Trans­fer to bowls, and top with sliced peaches and a scat­ter­ing of grated co­conut if de­sired.
