Friday - - Well-being -

STEP 1 Be­gin in hol­low body top po­si­tion. Round the up­per back and scoop tummy in to form a curve. Squeeze tri­ceps.

STEP 2 Re­tract el­bows to­ward hips, pinch el­bows tight to your ribs and exhale. Main­tain tail­bone tuck and squeeze pelvic wall and glutes the en­tire time.

STEP 3 On the bot­tom po­si­tion drive the el­bows away from you to re­turn to locked po­si­tion. Re­peat 5-8 times.
