Friday - - Up Close And Personal -

I’ve in­jured my­self many times dur­ing bat­tles or even at prac­tice – mostly my knees and an­kles. B-boy­ing is a dance but it’s phys­i­cally de­mand­ing like a sport. Work­ing out, stretch­ing, and danc­ing con­stantly are the ways I find the stamina and en­ergy the dance re­quires. My most ab­surd fear is fall­ing on stage.
