Per­fect those punch­lines and rise above knock-knock jokes at the sum­mer stand-up com­edy work­shop by Dubom­edy. The twoweek course of five ses­sions is open to jesters of all lev­els. Pro­fes­sional co­me­di­ans coach them to craft ob­ser­va­tions and sto­ries into jokes as well as im­prove stage pres­ence, tim­ing and de­liv­ery. It ends with a pub­lic per­for­mance on July 29. Kids can horse around this sum­mer at Al For­san Sports Re­sort’s eques­trian sum­mer camp. The classes run from Sun­day to Thurs­day teach­ing horse-rid­ing ba­sics. From 8am-12pm from July 9-Au­gust 31; Dh150 per child.
