Be­ing born un­der the ruler­ship of Mars, the planet of ac­tion and, as those who know you well would agree, com­pe­ti­tion, ex­er­cise doesn’t just ben­e­fit you phys­i­cally, it im­proves your mood. Yet, bizarrely, there are two dis­tinct types of Aries. The first has an in­stinc­tive un­der­stand­ing that ex­er­cise of some va­ri­ety and the right kind of food are cru­cial. How­ever, the other type never seems to have time to un­der­take those ben­e­fi­cial ac­tiv­i­ties. Dur­ing late 2017, events, com­bined with joint ac­tiv­i­ties of some kind will do the trick. By mid-Oc­to­ber, you’ll be mov­ing a lot, and be so much bet­ter you’ll de­velop what could be termed a ‘pos­i­tive ad­dic­tion’ to ac­tion, if not sport. For all Aries, it’s time to review your diet, es­pe­cially be­ing alert to hid­den sug­ars.
