Ev­ery once in a while, some­thing you read, an off­hand dis­cus­sion or even a mo­ment’s re­flec­tion makes it clear that a change isn’t just a good idea, it’s nec­es­sary. It’s about dis­cov­er­ing how to live in a way that truly nour­ishes you, that agrees with your body, mind and emo­tions. One that evolves as you do. This is be­cause for you, as an in­tu­itive wa­ter sign, health isn’t as much about be­ing some­body else’s idea of a phys­i­cal shape or an ideal of hap­pi­ness as it is about dis­cov­er­ing what it’s like to truly un­der­stand what nur­tures you. This isn’t a for­mula but about form­ing a new re­la­tion­ship with your­self, one that will grow in love and joy, with ev­ery day of your life.
