Unite With To­mor­row­land, the spin-off event of the iconic elec­tronic mu­sic fes­ti­val To­mor­row­land, is com­ing to Dubai Fes­ti­val City on July 29 (above). The event will recre­ate the fes­ti­val’s party ex­pe­ri­ence across the world for those who can’t make it to the ac­tual event in Boom, Bel­gium, by re­lay­ing the per­for­mances of KSHMR, Ar­min Van Bu­uren and Dim­itri Ve­gas & Like Mike through a live satel­lite con­nec­tion while DJs Martin Solveig, Franky Rizardo, Tom Swoon, Fer­reck Dawn and Barry Fore will per­form in per­son in Dubai. Seek­ing some­thing with a re­gional flavour? WASLA, the Ara­bic al­ter­na­tive mu­sic fes­ti­val, is back for a sec­ond run at ON42 at Me­dia One Ho­tel, Dubai, on July 27. The fest’s summer edi­tion is bring­ing in up-and-com­ing mu­si­cal acts from across the re­gion – you’ll be rock­ing to Al­ge­rian rock band Speed Car­a­van, Full­tone from Egypt (be­low) and the UAE’s very own ex­per­i­men­tal fu­sion group NOON. Hal­loween is a long way away but it’s never too early to plan your cos­tume when it’s Nick Jonas (above) that you’re off to meet – the pop singer known for hits like Jeal­ous and Chains will be one of the acts at the sec­ond edi­tion of Fi­esta De Los Muer­tos, the Hal­loween mu­sic fes­ti­val on October 27.
