CHOCOLATE FUDGE WITH AN OLIVE TWIST
Prep time 15 mins Refrigeration time 3-4 hours Serves 4 400g dark chocolate 385g (1 can) condensed milk 1 cup unsalted, chopped nuts 100g glace cherries, chopped 75g black olives, finely sliced Melt chocolate over boiling water or in the microwave. Stir in condensed milk and add the nuts, cherries and olives. Pour the mixture in a greased pan of about 18cm x 8cm. Place in the fridge until firm. Slice into squares and store in the fridge.
