CHOCO­LATE FUDGE WITH AN OLIVE TWIST

Prep time 15 mins Re­frig­er­a­tion time 3-4 hours Serves 4 400g dark choco­late 385g (1 can) con­densed milk 1 cup un­salted, chopped nuts 100g glace cher­ries, chopped 75g black olives, finely sliced Melt choco­late over boil­ing wa­ter or in the mi­crowave. Stir in con­densed milk and add the nuts, cher­ries and olives. Pour the mixture in a greased pan of about 18cm x 8cm. Place in the fridge un­til firm. Slice into squares and store in the fridge.
