ARIES MARCH 20 – APRIL 18

In late July, when your ruler Mars and the Sun met in the part of your chart that accents those people and activities that bring you joy, you made certain thrilling plans or commitments. Now, however, sudden events are triggering a rethink, if not changes. Your instinct may be to battle these. Instead, explore them. They could add something as wonderful as it is unexpected.

TAURUS APRIL 19 – MAY 19

Thus far, you’ve managed tricky situations in such a way that you’ve sidestepped worrying developments. However, the events triggered by Monday’s eclipse won’t just accelerate this process, they’ll offer a very different perspective. While things won’t necessarily fit together right away, the more you discuss, explore and experience them, the more appealing they’ll become.

GEMINI MAY 20 – JUNE 20

While there’ll be complaints about unexpected developments, both in the world around you and in existing plans, you sense a pattern forming. You’re right, although it’s unlikely things will come together just yet. Between frequent changes in circumstances and your ruler Mercury retrograde from August 13 until September 5, every day will offer something unexpected but also exciting.

CANCER JUNE 21 – JULY 21

Being ruled by the Moon, you’ve an instinctive sense of its power and, equally, the changes events such as Monday’s lunar eclipse usher in. While they’re as unsettling for you as everybody else, you’re also aware once those feelings pass, you’ll have made progress and, in the process, left behind elements of your life you’ve long suspected need to become part of the past.

LEO JULY 22 – AUGUST 21

Ordinarily, when either longstanding plans or more recent arrangements or alliances face challenges, as currently seems to be the case, you’d fight to keep things as they are. But now you sense potential changes will foster worthwhile discussions. Even more, the more you explore, the clearer it will be that once-uninteresting options hold greater promise than you’d have imagined.

VIRGO AUGUST 22 – SEPTEMBER 21

As much of a relief as getting things organised would be, you’re in a period of flux. Between August’s two eclipses, on the 7th and the 21st and, equally, your ruler Mercury going retrograde in Virgo, on Sunday the 13th, changes in circumstances, your own requirements and the needs of others will mean rethinking things. Knowing that, ensure whatever you plan can be easily altered.

LIBRA SEPTEMBER 22 – OCTOBER 22

On the surface you seem easygoing. Only those who’re closest are aware how carefully you organise your own life and others’ plans. But even at your cleverest, you won’t be able to outwit the twists and turns triggered by this month’s dramatic planetary activity. Knowing that, maintain an inquisitive attitude and ensure plans are flexible.

SCORPIO OCTOBER 23 – NOVEMBER 21

Only days ago you were either battling events you regarded as unwise, if not unfair, or challenging certain individuals’ questionable decisions. Now that you’re beginning to experience the influence of August’s two eclipses, on the 7th and 21st, your powerful Scorpio instincts say you’re better off going with the flow. Take heart as who and what you encounter will enrich your life.

SAGITTARIUS NOVEMBER 22 – DECEMBER 20

Recent events may be irritating or, perhaps, rouse a powerful sense of injustice. Still, these also involve matters you can’t ignore. Even more, think twice before you battle the people or situations in question, because you’re either short of facts or those you’d be tangling with are tough. For now, take a deep breath and give in. You can state your case, just not now.

CAPRICORN DECEMBER 21 – JANUARY 18

When you set a goal, you’ll carefully craft your plans, then put them into action. And where others are impatient, you’ll persist. Judging by the influence of today’s clash between Jupiter and the manipulative Pluto, you’re facing obstacles more complex or far-reaching than you’d anticipated. The ideal response? For now, these are best dealt with by waiting and watching.

AQUARIUS JANUARY 19 – FEBRUARY 17

For ages there’s been talk of changes that would reshape your life, alliances or lifestyle. However, with Monday’s eclipsed Full Moon speeding up the process and heightening feelings, you could worry that it’s too much, too soon. True, the pace and range of events could seem overwhelming. Once the dust settles, within weeks, you’ll be thrilled things happened the way they did.

PISCES FEBRUARY 18 – MARCH 19

The idealistic side of your nature, as a Pisces, would always rather trust others than live with suspicion. Yet judging by the events triggered by August’s dramatic planetary activity, even simple plans won’t proceed as hoped. Mostly, however, these unsettling changes will be the result of events nobody could have anticipated. For now, forget about finalising plans. Live one day at a time.
