Fairmont The Palm’s cooking studio The Chef’s Palette is hosting a range of classes to make master chefs out of kids and adults alike. Under the tutelage of Michelin-trained chef Romain van Durmen, learn to whip up Belgian waffles with nitro ice-cream, maki rolls and pasta carbonara. Dh195 per person including lunch buffet at Flow Kitchen restaurant; from 12pm daily. Kids aged 10-14 years can sign up for a 10-week cooking course that will be broken up into weekly two-hour classes. Classes run from September 25-November 28; Mondays or Tuesdays from 4-6pm.
