Fair­mont The Palm’s cook­ing stu­dio The Chef’s Pal­ette is host­ing a range of classes to make mas­ter chefs out of kids and adults alike. Un­der the tute­lage of Miche­lin-trained chef Ro­main van Dur­men, learn to whip up Bel­gian waf­fles with ni­tro ice-cream, maki rolls and pasta car­bonara. Dh195 per per­son in­clud­ing lunch buf­fet at Flow Kitchen restau­rant; from 12pm daily. Kids aged 10-14 years can sign up for a 10-week cook­ing course that will be bro­ken up into weekly two-hour classes. Classes run from Septem­ber 25-Novem­ber 28; Mon­days or Tues­days from 4-6pm.
