We got together with some of our readers this week, learning to make handrolled pasta at the lovely Il Borro Tuscan Bistro in Dubai. It was the latest in our monthly masterclasses, in which we meet our fellow cooking enthusiasts, learn to make something new – and eat it! The best bit about the pasta with tomato sauce?
