We got to­gether with some of our read­ers this week, learn­ing to make han­drolled pasta at the lovely Il Borro Tus­can Bistro in Dubai. It was the lat­est in our monthly mas­ter­classes, in which we meet our fel­low cook­ing en­thu­si­asts, learn to make some­thing new – and eat it! The best bit about the pasta with tomato sauce?
