PLUM AND APRICOT CHOCOLATE CRUMBLE

500g plums, quartered 500g apricots, quartered 2 tbsp caster sugar Vanilla ice-cream or thick custard, to serve TOPPING
55g brown sugar 30g almond meal 20g rolled oats
40g dark chocolate, grated
Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine fruit and sugar in a large bowl; toss to coat.
Spoon the fruit into 6 x 250ml ovenproof ramekins or a 1.5-litre ovenproof dish. Combine all the ingredients for the topping. Sprinkle it over the fruit.
Place dish on an oven tray. Bake for 20 mins or until fruit begins to bubble up around the edges. Serve with vanilla ice-cream or thick custard, if desired.
