PLUM AND APRI­COT CHOCO­LATE CRUM­BLE

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

500g plums, quar­tered 500g apri­cots, quar­tered 2 tbsp caster sugar Vanilla ice-cream or thick cus­tard, to serve TOP­PING

55g brown sugar 30g al­mond meal 20g rolled oats

40g dark choco­late, grated

METHOD

Pre­heat oven to 200°C. Com­bine fruit and sugar in a large bowl; toss to coat.

Spoon the fruit into 6 x 250ml oven­proof ramekins or a 1.5-litre oven­proof dish. Com­bine all the in­gre­di­ents for the top­ping. Sprin­kle it over the fruit.

Place dish on an oven tray. Bake for 20 mins or un­til fruit be­gins to bub­ble up around the edges. Serve with vanilla ice-cream or thick cus­tard, if de­sired.
