“ONE OF A KIND.” means: not many cour­ses are this poorly de­signed and ter­ri­bly main­tained.

“YOU RE­ALLY HAVE TO THINK YOUR WAY AROUND IT.” means: you might get lost on the back nine.

“I LIKE IT BUT IT’S NOT MY FAVOURITE.” means: you are a chop­per no mat­ter where you play.

“IT’S A COURSE THAT JUST SUITS MY EYE.” means: the way you are play­ing buddy, it’s time for a visit to the op­tometrist.
