1) Melt the choco­late in a bowl over a pan of boil­ing wa­ter. 2) Break the bis­cuits into lar­gish chunks. 3) Once the choco­late is melted, stir in the bis­cuits, marsh­mal­lows and fruit. 4) Pour the mix­ture into a bak­ing tray lined with grease­proof paper, smooth­ing the sur­face un­til flat. 5) Re­frig­er­ate overnight or un­til set, then tip out of the tray and cut into squares.
