It’s not of­ten that you’ll hear me say­ing this, but I can’t stop think­ing about sprouts. The Brussels sprouts at Mo­rah to be spe­cific, which are roasted and tossed with tahini, yo­ghurt, le­mon, pepper, sesame seeds and creamy chunks of slightly charred hal­loumi. If the brains be­hind this stylish Mi­ami im­port (where it’s known as By­b­los) can make sprouts ad­dic­tive, you can imag­ine how good the rest of the menu is. The Mid­dle East meets Mediter­ranean high-end cui­sine, with a menu that in­cludes dukkah crusted lamb, 48-hour short ribs with onion bha­jis and grilled seabass with Per­sian lime. Go there on a Fri­day evening, when the live DJ will per­suade you to stay up way past your bed­time, linger over dessert (choose the choco­late mousse) and en­joy those in­cred­i­ble views from the 72nd floor.
