120g toma­toes 80g cu­cum­ber 100g green pepper 40g black olives 1 pinch dried oregano 100g feta cheese 50g red onion 50ml ex­tra vir­gin olive oil Salt to sea­son 1) Cut the toma­toes into cubes, the cu­cum­bers into thick half slices and the onions into thin rings. Trim and de­seed the pepper and slice into half rings. 2) Mix all of the veg­eta­bles to­gether in a salad bowl and sea­son gen­er­ously with salt. 3) Crum­ble over the feta cheese, then pour on the olive oil, sprin­kle with the oregano and serve.
