150ml Greek yo­ghurt 10g gar­lic 5ml white vine­gar 100g cu­cum­ber 50ml ex­tra vir­gin olive oil, plus ex­tra for driz­zling Salt and pepper to sea­son 1) Grate the cu­cum­ber, then peel and mash the gar­lic with the olive oil. Add the vine­gar and some salt and pepper. 2) Mix all of the in­gre­di­ents to­gether well, then re­frig­er­ate for an hour. 3) Serve with a driz­zle of olive oil on top and some warm flat­breads or pit­tas on the side.
