EAT THE WORLD

Good (UAE) - - THE GOOD LIFE - eattheworld.ae

Taking over Downtown Dubai’s Burj Park for just one weekend, expect a wide range of international eats at this fun festival celebrating the best of food truck culture. With live music as well as dishes from the UK, USA and Singapore, it’s the perfect place for a picnic, minus the self-catering. Here are the trucks we’ll be making a beeline for…

The Cheese Truck

We’re yet to meet a person who doesn’t love a cheese toastie (and if we did, frankly we don’t think we could be friends) so this truck from good old Blighty is right up our alley. You’ll find plenty of oozy options, though the team says you can’t get better than their British cheddar and onion…

Cheeky Italian

Serving up street food variances on classic Italian flavours, we’ll be hitting up this van for a chicken parmo sandwich – think schnitzel on bread, but with cheese and marinara sauce – and a side of herby fries.

Bell and Brisket

There’s a big difference between a proper bagel and those chewy defrosted imposters we’ve all had the misfortune of being served at some point or another. Thankfully, Bell and Brisket’s bagel is the real deal, and the salt beef, pickles, mustard and cheddar inside are said to be pretty damn good too.
