Mango and Mint lassi on ice

For the mango las­sis:

2 large man­gos

2 tbsp honey

1/2 lime, juiced

350g plain yo­gurt

375g crushed ice

For the mint las­sis:

1 small bunch mint, leaves only, with ex­tra for gar­nish­ing

1/2 tsp salt 480g plain yoghurt

240g crushed ice

1) Start with the mango las­sis. Cut around the pits of the man­gos, then cut each mango half into slices be­fore cut­ting the flesh away from the skin. Set aside a few pieces of mango as a gar­nish. 2) Dice the re­main­ing flesh and puree in a blender with the honey and lime juice. Add the yoghurt and crushed ice, and blend again un­til frothy. Pour into glasses or jars and gar­nish with the re­served mango. 3) For the mint las­sis, com­bine the mint leaves with the salt and three ta­ble­spoons of yoghurt in a blender. Blend on high un­til you have a paste. 4) Add the re­main­ing yoghurt and ice, then blend on high un­til frothy. Pour into glasses or jars and gar­nish with mint leaves.
