The lowdown

There are many benefits to enrolling your children in a gymnastics class. As well as helping them to develop physical agility, strength and endurance, it can also improve cognitive skills, selfconfidence and help with goal setting. Fit Republik offers a range of courses, including baby classes for those aged two to four at which parents must be present, beginner classes for children aged five to 16 which work to improve strength and flexibility, intermediate courses for those aged six to 16 with some prior gymnastics experience, right through to advanced two-hour sessions and invite-only elite classes where students take their first steps towards competing professionally.

Classes take place daily, between 3pm and 7pm, at Fit Republik’s purpose-built facility in Dubai Sports City.
