So­cial me­dia users say ca­ma­raderie dis­played in pic­ture sig­ni­fies Arab unity and a brighter fu­ture

Arab lead­ers held an in­for­mal din­ner to­gether fol­low­ing the Arab Sum­mit held in the Saudi city of Dhahran on Sun­day.

The lead­ers ap­pear re­laxed with­out wear­ing the tra­di­tional Arab head­dress known as the agal, ex­chang­ing cor­dial smiles.

Among those in at­ten­dance were His High­ness Shaikh Mo­ham­mad Bin Rashid Al Mak­toum, Vi­cePres­i­dent and Prime Min­is­ter of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His High­ness Shaikh Mo­ham­mad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Com­man­der of the UAE Armed Forces, Bahraini King Ha­mad Bin Eisa Al Khal­ifa, Jor­da­nian King Ab­dul­lah, Saudi Crown Prince Mo­ham­mad Bin Sal­man and Egyp­tian Pres­i­dent Ab­dul Fat­tah Al Sissi.

The pic­ture was posted by Saud Al Qah’tani, Ad­viser at the Saudi Royal Court, on his Twit­ter ac­count.

One so­cial me­dia user, Noura Musaad, tweeted the pic­ture with the cap­tion: “A his­tor­i­cal meet­ing.”

An­other user, Ali Bin Tamim, an Emi­rati jour­nal­ist, wrote: “This pic­ture sig­ni­fies Arab unity go­ing … to­wards brighter fu­ture.”
