Men’s health and Movember

“Every year I participate in the campaign as it’s for a noble cause. This year I am sporting a handle bar and a full beard to show my support for men’s health.” Movember is an annual campaign that encourages people to grow their moustache to spread awareness on men’s health issues. The moustaches are symbolic like the pink ribbons associated with breast cancer. The campaign aims to reduce the number of premature deaths in men by raising awareness. To achieve the goal, the emphasis is early detection, diagnosis and effective treatments for diseases such as prostate and testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.
