Savyasachi, which literally translates to ambidextrous, is a story based on an unborn twin who disappears in the womb and is absorbed by his brother’s foetus. This phenomeon is called the Vanishing Twin Syndrome. Later on in life, the living twin doesn’t realise the unborn sibling now lives inside him and somehow controls his left hand. When the living twin finds his life threatened, the twin brother that never existed protects his sibling like a shield.
