Farmers Market is back at Bay Avenue
Residents can source fresh organic produce and also interact with local farmers
The Farmers Market returned to Bay Avenue on Friday for its 10th season with a range of vendors retailing products ranging from home-grown vegetables and fruits to fresh baked goods, preserves and vegan treats.
Running until May 2019, the market offers residents a chance to buy organic and fresh produce and also interact with local farmers. They can also choose from a selection of produce picked in the morning.
Kids can spend quality time at a dedicated kids zone and participate in activities such as face painting, arts and crafts, caricature drawing, canvas and mask painting and clay art. ■ ■ ■ ■
