La Ville Hotel & Suites City Walk, Dubai, is a new boutique hotel that is home to 77 rooms, 11 suites and 68 apartments.

Arguably its most eye-catching feature is a 180-square metre Penthouse Suite which has a separate living space, private dining area and a terrace boasting views of Dubai’s skyline.

All rooms have a relaxed urban luxury feel thanks to the use of neutral shades, while bathrooms include luxurious marble counter tops, a free-standing bath tub and a walk-in shower. The hotel is home to three restaurants headed by chef Pedro Joaquín Arceyut. Chival is an all-day dining venue with light and airy interiors, as well as seating within an open-air courtyard, while the Graze gastro grill focuses on serving prime cuts and seafood cooked to personal preference in a Josper oven.

Guests also have access to extensive outdoor seating set amongst a range of terrace fireplaces overlooking the streets of City Walk.

Set across the courtyard, meanwhile, is Grapeskin, a standalone bar and kitchen with a dedicated entrance where a bright open space is decked with industrial furnishings and where guests can pair beverages with food-sharing platters.

The property, which is part of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection Hotels and which was developed by Meraas, also boasts the Lobby Café. Open 24 hours a day, it offers relaxing hot drinks and healthy snacks – while guests also have access to LookUp, a rooftop bar complete with infinity pool and spectacular views of the Burj Khalifa.
