New kid on the block in Ajman

Thanani has re­cently opened its doors in Ajman’s Al Zo­rah Pav­il­ion. De­rived from the Ara­bic word for “pair­ing”, Thanani’s culi­nary in­spi­ra­tion comes from the kitchens of Paris, Barcelona, Lon­don, Rome and the North of Italy. En­joy a “graz­ing” style menu and def­i­nitely take ad­van­tage of the Bur­rata trol­ley fea­tur­ing smoked and flavoured Bur­rata from Puglia in Italy, Loch Duart sal­mon, Kataifi prawns mar­i­nated in gar­lic olive oil and pars­ley with a sweet and sour apri­cot puree.
