CYCLING, PADDLE BOARDING AND SOME HEALTHY VEGAN FOOD

My husband is often away on business trips so we try to make the most out of the time whenever we are together. Additionally, as a working mother with two boys, I don’t get to spend much time with my sons. So weekends are dedicated to spending quality time with family.
Cycling in Al Qudra
We’re a ‘sporting’ family. So during weekends, we try to fit in some exercise routines, and it’s good for my sons too. Moreover, it helps us bond as a family. On Fridays, we go cycling at Al Qudra. It is definitely a wonderful way to de-stress, especially after a busy work week! We usually go there before dawn. That way, we get to watch the sunrise. There’s no better feeling than watching the sun come up over the sand dunes when you’re cycling. It relieves you of tensions. Sometimes we spot camels and oryx. We also see horses trotting there.
Paddling at Kite Beach
We often go paddle boarding at Kite Beach. It’s one of our favourite beaches! Spending the morning on the seashore is another great way to relax, and it’s a fun family activity. We usually end our morning out with a run on the beach track. There are lots of stalls and activities on the beach, so we spend a few hours there.
Time for vegan
I like eating vegetarian and vegan fare. I’m a big believer in healthy and fresh food. It complements our active lifestyles! My sons too like trying out new cuisines and flavours. They too like clean eating.
