The Chef’s Pal­ette “After­noon Classes” are a daily ro­ta­tion of fun and ex­cit­ing culi­nary lessons. One on one with our chef, guests will have the ex­pe­ri­ence to learn quick and sim­ple recipes from Chef Ro­main. En­joy a com­pli­men­tary lunch buf­fet in Flow Kitchen restau­rant as part of your ex­pe­ri­ence.

Master Classes

The Chef’s Pal­ette “Master Classes” are a fully in­ter­ac­tive hands on culi­nary ex­pe­ri­ence. Spend the evening cook­ing along­side Chef Ro­main to pre­pare your very own restau­rant level din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence us­ing ex­cit­ing in­gre­di­ents and tech­niques.

Choose one of the set chef’s menu classes or a sig­na­ture themed class. Ex­pect to work along­side Chef Ro­main to make ap­pe­tis­ers and main cour­ses, then let the re­sort’s Ex­ec­u­tive pas­try chef serve one of his deca­dent desserts. Full grape pair­ings can also go along with the din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence.

Chef’s Ta­ble Din­ners

En­joy a pri­vate din­ner in the live kitchen stu­dio along­side Chef Ro­main in ac­tion. Eat, drink and pick the mind of the chef whilst he pre­pares a mem­o­rable din­ner.

The Con­nois­seur

The ul­ti­mate din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence in Dubai, with con­spic­u­ous con­sump­tion at its finest. In­dulge in the best in­gre­di­ents and grape bev­er­ages from all over the world, with Ku­mato oys­ters, foie gras, lan­gous­tine, Am­stur em­press caviar, lob­ster and wagyu beef, all paired with the finest bev­er­ages.

Eight cour­ses for Dhs3500 per per­son in­clud­ing bev­er­ages, per­fect for groups and a min­i­mum of two peo­ple.

VIP Chef’s Pal­ette

Start with the re­sort’s Flow Kitchen 10 out of 10 brunch and then turn it up to 11. Join in with The Chef’s Pal­ette pri­vate din­ing room and en­joy a fully en­hanced in­ter­ac­tive brunch ex­pe­ri­ence.

A ded­i­cated staff and per­sonal chef will pro­vide guests with spe­cialty cock­tails and sig­na­ture ad­di­tional dishes like pan seared foie gras, fresh oys­ters with caviar and smoked Wagyu short­ribs.
