Rehab programme for elderly Emiratis
dubai — Elderly Emiratis will be provided medical support and home care services under a new agreement signed by the Ministry of Community Development (CDA).
The ministry signed a memorandum of cooperation with Emirates Rehabilitation and Homecare Centre, a subsidiary of Emirates Healthcare Company, to support the UAE families with social care and development.The centre will also participate in social activities organised for special needs people and the elderly, in cooperation with the ministry.
Sana Mohammad Suhail, undersecretary at the CDA, said: “We aim to provide the highest quality social services, while developing strategic alliances between federal and local government entities along with the private sector to uplift families in need.”
Emirates Healthcare Company will work closely with the ministry in developing integrated services and programmes through its Rehab and Home Care Services.
