Celebrity chefs to share se­crets dur­ing Shar­jah Int’l Book Fair

shar­jah — In­ter­na­tional chefs from around the world will spill their de­li­cious se­crets dur­ing the 37th edi­tion of the Shar­jah In­ter­na­tional Book Fair (SIBF) that kicks off on Oc­to­ber 31. The 11-day fair will host chefs from In­dia, the UK, the US, Aus­tralia, France, Ja­pan, Morocco, Egypt, Le­banon and other coun­tries.

Pop­u­lar names from In­dia in­clude Ran­veer Brar, chef, TV show host, judge and food stylist; Lathika George, cook­book writer, land­scape de­signer and en­vi­ron­men­tal­ist; Ancy Mathew Pala, whose reci- pe book with around 150 recipes made us­ing jack­fruit, Chakka Vib­ha­van­gal, has found the hum­ble trop­i­cal fruit in­ter­na­tional ap­peal; and Shipra Khanna, celebrity chef.

Hatha Yoga teacher and whole foods chef from Aus­tralia, Lee Holmes; ex­ec­u­tive chef, au­thor and res­tau­ra­teur with 20 years’ ex­pe­ri­ence, Has­san M’souli from Morocco; Aus­tralian-born Egyp­tian chef and culi­nary trainer, Dyna El Deif; ex­pert food con­sul­tant Michele Sal­hab from Le­banon; and chef Badiyah Khayr Al Din from Syria are the other big names who will show­case their skills at the book fair.
