A se­lec­tion of light and mouth­wa­ter­ing ap­pe­tis­ers are served to share, with high­lights in­clud­ing a Hal­loumi and Quinoa Salad, of­fer­ing a delicious mix of gar­den greens, grilled hal­loumi cheese, quinoa, Lig­urian olives and pome­gran­ate seeds, fin­ished with a zesty lemon dress­ing, or an as­sort­ment of fresh and crunchy Cru­dités served with lab­neh and Ba­teel’s de­lec­ta­ble new beet­root hum­mus.
